1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GodTime ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GodTime is a free Android application that helps users protect their prayer time by blocking distracting apps. The App operates entirely on your device and does not connect to any external servers.

3. Eligibility

The App is available to all users regardless of age. No account creation or personal information is required to use the App.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Android device you own or control.

5. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose of managing app access during prayer
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
  • Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not redistribute the App outside of official distribution channels

6. App Blocking

The App uses Android's official VpnService API to create a local on-device firewall, along with accessibility services, to block selected apps during prayer times. This blocking operates entirely on your device and does not modify, log, or inspect your data. No data is routed to any external server.

7. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or Android versions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to code, design, graphics, and branding, are owned by the developer. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks or branding.

10. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide support or maintenance for the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
